Tain't morning anymore, but it sure is a beautiful day. 86 degrees w/ a heat index of 90. Perfect october weather.

I am pretty happy about this day. It's been gray and sprinkling... but I am off work for 5 days, and besides a little laundry, i haven't hit a lick at a snake.
I learned a new song on guitar this morning, and took a nap this afternoon. Tomorrow we're headed to Alabama to pick, and then back to Georgia to pick on Saturday. |

It'll take you about 2:45 to 3:00 + or - stops. Probably faster coming up through Chattanooga but allot prettier over mountain and drop off over at Scottsboro. My cell is 256-508-3080.

I don't know what I was thinking. Go... Cedartown - Rome - Take 20 out of Rome (turns into 9 out near the state line) go on out Hwy 9 to Hwy 35 and take a right. That'll take you up through Gaylesville, up across Lookout Mt. You'll go past DeSoto State Park and cross Little River Canyon. Keep on 35 through Ft. Payne (there are some turns but just follow the signs) up Sand Mt. to Rainsville. You''ll drop off Sand Mt and on into Scottsboro. You'll cross the Tennessee River at Scottsboro on the BB Comer Bridge and then come to US 72 WEST. Turn Left on to US 72 W. Take that out of Scottsboro and follow the directions I sent you from there. Thats the best way. That is a really nice drive and a beautiful drive in the fall when the leaves are changing in the mountains. Bob |

Dang that Dave gets up early. Bob, I had already -mapquested- the first part of the trip, and it said to go that way too, but the way you said it made a whole lot more sense.

Morning boyz n' girls. Started off to be a nice one here in Huntsville. Had a big time over at the Fiddlers Convention yesterday and I'm headed back this morning. Really was good to spent some time with Jody and Carol. That boy don't deserve her!
